"Stay away ! If I could give a zero stars I would. Rate went up $262 on 1st renewal. Not one accident , claim or speeding ticket and when I called to speak to Tonya , this snarky sarcastic man name Steven was very dismissive and condescending. When I’m asking how my rate went up and his comments were not sure if you realized there was a hurricane last year and our rates went up…. Not sure if you realize how insurance companies work. I joined way after the hurricane so how does that apply wouldn’t I have signed up with the rate increase ??? No because they get you in on low rates just to raise them at your next renewal!! “like a good neighbor state farm is rude!” Should be there slogan, as he’s rude and condescending. Mark my words you join them and in 6months your rate will go up regardless if you file a claim or not. And that’s Stevens words not mine. Not to mention i recommended 3 other people State Farm in 3 different states all there rates went up even higher then mine. It should be illegal what there doing."

"Tonya Edison Rocks! She stands behind her clients. If only she was totally responsible for my claim! I have not heard a word from the woman that totaled my home. Which is the right call but she does not respond to calls. She is liable for the quote she gave me in good faith! If only Tonya was in charge because she went above and beyond! No one should live in a sick home! Lucky to have her in my corner!"

"Nothing wrong with this office but I have been with State farm for over 25 years and the way they thank you is to put 1 of you're cars under fire not mutral and charge you double on 1 car and will not corect it I have 3 cars insured with them. 25 years with them mean nothing never had a cancellation with them never paid late yeah thank you State farm. Also if your car gets hit while you are at work and they leave State farm will put you at fault they did me"
